Imagine a fight like Mageara, you could use Nature's Vigil on every other rampage (Roughly) or you could use HotW on just the last Rampage. So that's something else to think about.Īs for which is better, it's going to depend heavily on the fight. The 6% Int is going to scale well through SoO (especially if you're doing heroics) and will increase your spellpower/healing a decent amount throughout the tier once everyone is at like 560 ilvl. Do you want a bigger healing increase on a longer CD or a smaller one on a shorter CD.This is true, but you're leaving out the 6% int that HotW gives you. But it really comes down to what you want. From a pure number standpoint NV is technically 48% in 6 minutes versus 25% in 6 minutes. Rest of the time the 6% HoTW bonus is just too nice, especially with the new added bonus of 25% increased healing for 45 secs - which is awesome to handle some emergencies.Īdditionally, NV is 12% every 1.5 minutes. So far the only fight i've used NV on has been Galakras, since it adds some nice burst output on a short timer, with the bonus of damaging the adds as well. (especially since SoTF is better than ToL most of the time :P). Do you want a bigger healing increase on a longer CD or a smaller one on a shorter CD.That's one way to go, but NV + rejuv spam, especially if you toss in well a timed Genesis or two, is far more output than doing it with LB spam - definite closer to a mini tranq :P - Plus you can do it whether ToL is up or not. It's a bit like a mini-tranq.Īdditionally, NV is 12% every 1.5 minutes. When you run ToL and toss LB on a bunch of people you get a ton of CC and instant regrowths which are a direct heal so you're tossing out lots of LB and lots of regrowths which heal others. The reason is because when NV is up, it increases your healing by 12% but also, all single target heals heal another party member for 25% of the heal. NV seems quite powerful when combined with ToL (which is what I do).
